BILLY DEE WADE
ADA - Services for Billy Dee Wade, 70, Ada, are 11 a.m. Wednesday at

Mr. Wade died Oct. 30, 2005, at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born
June 17, 1935, at Ada, to Clarence and Robbie Dee Meadows Wade. He
attended Ada schools and graduated from Ada High School in 1953. He also
attended East Central University.

Mr. Wade was an independent oil operator, a member of the Ada BPOE
#1640, and served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include a son, Tony Wade and wife Kim, Ada; a granddaughter,
Angel Wade; and several cousins.

Bearers are Danny Engel, Jerry Dial, Monte Law, Billy Joe Blackburn,
John Correll and Mark Hightower.

Mrs. Higginbotham died Oct. 30, 2005, at an assisted living center at
Arlington. She was born Jan. 25, 1926, at Ada, to Albert S. and Viola
Bumgarner Ross. She lived in the Ada area all her life, attending school
at Horace Mann and graduating from Ada High School. She received a
degree in home economics from East Central University, Ada, and attended
other various real estate schools to obtain her real estate brokers
license.

She married Robert L. Higginbotham Jan. 24, 1948, at Oklahoma City,
Okla. He died June 3, 1976, at Casper, Wyo. Mrs. Higginbotham was the
owner of Higginbotham Reality, Casper, for 30 years. She was the
president of Casper Board of Realtors, and a member of the Casper MLS.
Mrs. Higginbotham was an elder at the First Presbyterian Church, Casper.

Survivors include her three daughters, Becky Kubiak and husband Buddy,
Arlington, Kristy Smith and husband Dr. Mike Smith, Tulsa, Okla.; and
Laurie Mitchell and partner Ray Chaney, McKinney, Texas; grandchildren,
David Hegranes, Carla Stanford, Roxanne Mitchell, Russell Mitchell,
Derrick Smith and Austin Smith; great-grandchildren, Kira Greene,

Mrs. Rust died Oct. 30, 2005, at her home. She was born May 9, 1923, at
Coalgate, to Arthur and Annie Dalton Williamson.

She married Donald E. Rust May 28, 1942, at Mangum. Mrs. Rust served her
country during World War II as a shipyard welder and later as an optics
specialist for the Army Depot at Pueblo, Colo., and she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Myrtle Uhlich, Arletha
Mullins and Jennie Mae Vickers; and three brothers, Clarence Williamson,
James Williamson and Coy Williamson.

Survivors include her husband, Donald E. Rust, of the home; one son,
Larry Rust and wife Ruby, Ada; one grandson, Larry Rust II, Eugene,
Ore.; one sister, Ivy Morean Trimmer, Ada; and two brothers, Roy
Williamson, Ardmore, and Troy Williamson, Oklahoma City.

Bearers are Ron Trower, Billy Williamson, Chester Williamson, Dudley

Mr. Rinehart died Nov. 2, 2005, at an Allen nursing home. He was born
Oct. 12, 1914, in the Allen area, to James Crawford and Sallie
Satterfield Rinehart. He attended schools in the Allen area.

Mr. Rinehart married Zu Ella Collins June 4, 1933, at Gerty. She died
March 21, 1981, at Ada. He was affiliated with the Holiness Church.

Mr. Rinehart was employed by the McAlester Ammunition Depot during World
War II, the  Busby 4B Ranch, Grady Miller Cotton Gin, and Allen Campers.
He was the caretaker of the Allen Cemetery for many years.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Ed Rinehart, J. C. Rinehart,
Leath Rinehart and Vernon Rinehart; and two sisters, Essie Short and
Bessie Cowns Russell.

Survivors include four sons, Thurman Rinehart and wife Betty, Dean
Rinehart and wife Fay, Wesley Rinehart and wife Peggy, all of Allen, and
Lesley Rinehart and wife Arlene, Gerty; three daughters, Norma Jean
Milne and husband Jerry, Linda Knighten and husband Jearl and Deonna
Griffin and husband Bill, all of Allen; 27 grandchildren; 72 great-
grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Morris died Nov. 3, 2005.  She was born April 30, 1911, at
Fletcher, to W.T. Carson and Lillie Mae Griffin Carson.

She married Perry E. “Chuck” Morris Nov. 28, 1931, at Holdenville.

They moved to Seminole from Allen.

Mrs. Morris worked at the glass factory, Ada, when she was younger, but
spent most of her life as a homemaker.  She was a member of the First
Baptist Church, Ada.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers;
and two sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Britt and husband Terrell,
Seminole; one son, John Morris and wife Beverly, Seminole; three
grandsons, Randy Britt and friend Audra Jennings, Seminole; Terry Britt,
Midwest City, and Rod Britt and wife Glenda, Shawnee; four great-
grandchildren, Jacob Britt, Kasey Britt, both of Davenport, Taylor Britt
and Scotlyn Britt, both of Shawnee.

Mr. Worcester died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005, at his home. He was born Dec.
6, 1949, at Talihina to Cecil Franklin and Audra Faye Cravatt Worcester.

He lived in this area all of his life, attending school at Pontotoc and
McLish.

Mr. Worcester married Rosie Kilcrease March 9, 1992, in Ada. He was a
roughneck in the oil field for several oil companies. He was a member of
Blue Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1969 during
the Vietnam Era.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Rosie Worcester, of the home;
four sons, Frankie Worcester Jr., California, Michael Worcester, Ada,
Damian Hulbutta, Edmond, and Brandon Hulbutta and his wife Kelli, Ada;
three daughters, Julia Worcester and her daughter, Abagale, of the home,
Iris Tiger and her husband Robert, Ada, and Heather Parks and her
husband Glenn, Ada; nine grandchildren; a brother, Roy Worcester and his
wife Dinah, Pontotoc; two uncles, Melvin Worcester, Byng and D.D.
Worcester, Ardmore; four nephews; and seven nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Lester
Worcester and Tony Worcester.

The family moved to Fittstown about 1942. Mr. Ryan attended school at
McLish and graduated from McLish High School. He attended East Central
University.

He married Joyce E. Fowler on May 2, 1958.

Mr. Ryan was an oilfield worker until his retirement and a member of the
8th and Oak Church of Christ. He served in the U. S. Air Force during
the Korean War from 1955-1959.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ryan, of the home; three sons, Darrell
Ryan and his wife Mary Ann, Shawnee, Stephen Ryan and his wife Arnita,
Fittstown, and Bailey Ryan and his wife Teresa, Cottonwood; seven
grandchildren, Jay Perkins and wife Natasha, Eric Perkins, Charity
Sanders and husband Billy Jack, Chad Waters and wife Kate,
Mandy Hayes and husband Derek, Wade Ryan and wife Leigha, and Cody Ryan;
eleven great-grandchildren; an aunt, Lula Martin, Kimball, Neb.; a
brother-in-law, James Lackey, Stonewall; and several nieces, nephews and
cousins.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Delores Robertson and Joyce
Lackey, and a brother-in-law, Charles Robertson.

She attended Center and Tupelo schools and later obtained a General
Educational Development degree at Coalgate in 1971.

She married Willie Thompson Perry Jan. 19, 1944, at Coalgate.  He died
April 20, 1968.  She married L.C. “Boog” Palmer May 20, 1977, at Atoka.
He died April 21, 2004.

Mrs. Palmer was a school cook at Tupelo and Kingston schools and a cook
at Allen Nursing Home. She retired in 1988.  She was affiliated with the
Pentecostal Holiness and Baptist churches.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; and a brother,
Delbert Johnson.

Survivors include four daughters, Jacquita Ellis and husband Roger,
Garland, Texas, Fern Wilson and husband Wayne, Whitesboro, Texas, Bonnie
Hedgecock and husband Larry, Rock Springs, Wyo., and Becky Bell and
husband Bruce, Stonewall; two stepsons, Tammy Palmer and wife Ann and
Mickey Palmer and wife Terri, all of Coalgate; nine grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and step great-

lifelong resident of this area and attended Byng schools. She was a
member of Faith Baptist Church. Survivors include her parents, Anthony
Amador and Debra McDonald, Ada; two brothers, Nick Amador and Keith
Amador, Ada; two sisters, Melissa Amador and Sherry Amador, Ada; four
nieces, Destiny Amador, Soper, LaTavia Amador-Williams, Mariah Amador
and Star Parker, all of Ada; two nephews, Anthony Lee Amador, Ardmore,

She was preceded in death by her older brother, Anthony Edmund Amador;

STONEWALL - Services for Norma “Lucille” Wood, 91, Stonewall, are 2 p.m.

Nov. 6, 2005, at an Ada hospital. She was born March 28, 1914, at Burr
Valley, Okla., to Thomas Jefferson and R. Minda Holland Phillips.

She graduated from Stonewall High School in 1935. She was a homemaker.
She returned to the Stonewall area from California in 1976. She married
Chester Lee Wood Oct. 20, 1943, in Seminole County. He died July 26,
1982. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Joe Lee Wood and
Phillip Allen Wood; her parents, Thomas and R. Minda Phillips; two
brothers, Arvel and Sedell Phillips; and two sisters, Allie Ryels and
Wilda Howe.

Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Phillips, Stonewall; six
grandchildren, Bonnie Mahan, Troy Raymond Wood, Brian Wood, Sean
Phillips, Kimberly Wood and Michael Phillips; and two stepgrandchildren.

Mrs. Woods died Nov. 7, 2005, at her home. She was born Feb. 15, 1938,
at Oklahoma City, to G.K. and Elizabeth McCullough Barton. She attended
school at Clinton, and graduated from Clinton High School. She received
a bachelor of music  education degree from Oklahoma Baptist University,
a master of music education from North Texas University, Denton, Texas,
and did post graduate work at the University of Oklahoma and East
Central University. She came to this area in 1963 from Tulsa. She
married Pete Woods June 29, 1968, at Ada. He died May 26, 1999, at Ada.
Mrs. Woods was a vocal music educator at ECU from 1963-1965; taught
vocal music at the Ada Public School System from 1965-1979; was the
music director at the First United Methodist Church from 1981-1989; from
1996 to her death, she  taught voice, piano and music education at ECU,
and also taught private voice and piano.

Mrs. Woods was the past president of the Ada Arts and Humanities
Council, past president of the Ada Education Association, past president
of the Wednesday Morning Music Club, director of the Summer Arts
Program, and state president of the Oklahoma Choral Directors
Association, where she was the director of distinction in 1984. She was
the Outstanding Adan for the Arts in 1983, given by the Ada Arts and
Humanities Council, and was inducted into the Oklahoma Music Educators
Hall of Fame in 1996. Survivors include two brothers, Bob Barton and
wife Ann, Ada, and John Barton and wife Nancy, Wichita, Kan.; four
nieces, Elizabeth Whatmoor, Sarah Carlsson, Laura Orabone and Kathryn
Barton; and two nephews, John C. Collins and Brian Barton.

Mrs. McAnally died Nov. 9, 2005, at a local nursing home.  She was born
Feb. 4, 1918, at Titus County, Texas, to Jennings Henderson May and Ora
Teague May.  She came to this area in 1984 from Visalia, Calif.  She
attended school at Hodges, Texas.  She and her husband owned a dairy
farm in Alpaugh, Calif., for several years.  They also raised exotic
birds and Mrs. McAnally helped her husband with his carpentry business.
She was a member of Valley View Auxiliary and Trinity Baptist Church.

She married Herald E. McAnally Sept. 25, 1937, at Meadow, Texas.  He
preceded her in death June 27, 1982, at Visalia.

Survivors include two sisters, Inez Brown, Breaux Bridge, La. and Maudie
Sullivan, Robstown, Texas; one brother, Leonard May, Little Ferry, N.J.;
nieces and nephews, David Jackson, Jodi Jackson, Donna Bennett, Kermit
Bennett, Dennis Jackson, Kathy Jackson, all of Ada, David Jackson Jr.
and Dawn Jackson, both of Solon Springs, Wis.

Mr. Hunsucker died Nov. 8, 2005, at Ada.  He was born Aug. 26, 1952, at
Ada, to Jim and Leona Hattie Everett Hunsucker.  Mr. Hunsucker served in
the U.S. Marine Corps where he completed his education.  He was self-
employed in the woodworks industry, was affiliated with Asbury Methodist
Church and was a lifelong resident of Ada.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Joyce
Pennington.

Mr. Robertson died Nov. 11, 2005, at Konawa. He was born Feb. 10, 1922,
at Maud to Alfred Wesley and Nettie Lee Goss Robertson.

Mr. Robertson graduated from Vamoosa High School in 1940. He was
aviation machinist’s mate second class in the U.S. Navy during World War
II from 1942 to his honorable discharge Oct. 1, 1945. He earned a
bachelor’s degree in 1948 at East Central University in Ada and a
master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1953.

Mr. Robertson taught and coached for 39 years at Vamoosa, Bowlegs and
Allen, retiring in 1984. He was inducted into the Oklahoma Coaches
Association Hall of Fame in 1982. He served on the OECA Board and had
been a member of the CVEC Board of Directors since 1986. He was a member
of St. Louis Baptist Church and American Legion Post 70.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He married Mary K. “Katy” Majors Robertson Dec. 24, 1946, at Bowlegs.

Survivors include his wife, Mary K. “Katy” Robertson, of the home; a
daughter, Becky Freeman and her husband Danny, Konawa; two sons, Tim
Robertson and his wife Brenda, Allen, and Mark Robertson and his wife
Debbie, Maud; four brothers, A.W. “Nug” Robertson, Arnold Robertson and
Dick Robertson, all of Konawa, and Keith Robertson, Okemah; four

She worked at Montgomery Ward in the catalogue department for many
years.

She married Joe Barney Blackburn Jan. 18, 1941, at Nida, Okla. He died
Oct. 9, 2001. She was  also preceded in death by her parents, James and
Maude Carroll Autrey; and her brothers, Paul, Jerald, Claude, Syrus and
Weldon.

Survivors include a son, Leon Blackburn and his wife Onnie,  Mill
Valley, Calif.;  daughters Patricia Joe Laughead and husband Bill,
Sparks, Nev., and Deborah Villalobos and husband Frank, Antioch, Calif.;
seven grandchildren, Russ Blackburn and wife Shielah, Michele Garvey and
husband Brian, Danielle Fontaine, Joey Fontaine, Jessica Laughead,
Jennifer Becker and Tommy Becker; great-grandchildren, Ryan and Emma

She married James T. “Bill” Fleming Dec. 24, 1938, at Konawa, Oklahoma.
He died March 22, 1995.  Mr. and Mrs. Fleming owned and operated the
Fleming Grocery and Market on Sandy Creek Drive in Ada for 50 years, as
well as the Fleming Cattle Company until the 1970s.

She was preceded in death by a son, James “Sody” Fleming; and a sister,
Dimple Holloway.

Survivors include one brother, Bud Brecheen and wife Lillian, Dell City;
former daughter-in-law, Susan Howard and husband Paul; two grandsons,

Smelting Company, retiring after 29 years of working.  He was active in
the Veterans of Foreign War, was a member of VFW Post 7752, and also a
member of the First Baptist Church, Myrtle Creek.

Love Bottling Co. before purchasing his first truck and establishing
H.R. Hill Trucking which operated for 47 years.  He was active in
church, serving on various boards.  He was a member of Grandview
Tabernacle.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six sisters; and five brothers.

Mrs. Gillispie died Nov. 21, 2005, at a Stonewall nursing home. She was
born June 28, 1931, at Centrahoma, to William Riley and Rosie Bell

She married George Henry Gillispie July 2, 1971. He died Feb. 3, 2005,
at Ada. Mrs. Gillispie was a cook at Stonegate Nursing Home for 18
years, retiring in 2002. Formerly, she was an aide and cook at several
nursing homes in the area. Mrs. Gillispie was a member of the Stonewall
Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Jackie Collins and
Lonnie Watham.

Survivors include three daughters, Ann G. Watham, Stonewall, Carol
Spence, North Carolina, and Sharon Johnson, Eufaula; one son, Bill
Watham, Ada; four grandchildren, Larry Spence, Sandra Spence, Kimberly

Mr. Markovich died Nov. 21, 2005, at Seminole. He was born Aug. 3, 1935,
at Union Town, Penn., to John and Helen Spontack Markovich. He graduated

He married Doris Maxine Whittington Nov. 4, 1961, at Wichita, Kans. She
died May 3, 1994, at Oklahoma City. Mr. and Mrs. Markovich moved to this
area in the late 1970s.

Mr. Markovich retired from the U. S. Air Force with more than 20 years
of service. He served during the Vietnam era. He was also employed with
Gregory Pest Control, retiring in 2002, after 20 years of service. Mr.
Markovich was a member of the Francis Free Will Baptist Church, he
served as a Shriner Klown, was a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a
member of the Chickasaw Honor Guard.

Survivors include four daughters, Helen Gragert and husband Joe, Monica
Bryant and husband Warren, Mary Dossey, all of Seminole, and Patricia
McCurry, Port Charlotte, Fla; one son, Wayne McCurry and wife Terry,
Cape Coral, Fla; three brothers, John Markovich, Louie Markovich, both
of Indiana, and Eddie Markovich, California; 17 grandchildren, Tyrell
Gragert, Orrin Gragert, Jayce Gragert, Rebekah and Edwar Gonzalez,

Electric Cooperative from 1965 until his retirment in 1995. He served in
the U.S. Army from 1954 until 1956, and was a member of Trinity Baptist
Church.

Survivors include his wife, Rita Roberts, of the home; three daughters,
Susan Hall, Patty Bratton, both of Ada, and Linda Roberts, Chickasha;
two sons, Mike Roberts, Ada, and Chuck Roberts, Oklahoma City; two
brothers, Marion Roberts and Melvin Roberts, both of Gravette; a sister,
Alberta Roark, Shawnee; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Armstrong died Nov. 23, 2005, at an Ada hospital.  He was born April
8, 1942, at Konawa, to Hobart and Irene Armstrong.  He was a member of
the Absentee Shawnee Tribe, and was a general laborer in the Konawa and
Asher area.  He lived in that area all of his life.  He attended Asher
School was a member of the First Baptist Church, Asher.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Wiley; and one
brother, Robert Armstrong.

Survivors include five sisters, Vesta Mauch, San Bernardino, Calif.,
Betty Burgess, Katie Breeden, both of Ada, Nettie Moreland and Edna
Odell, both of Asher; tow brothers, Bill Armstrong and Frank Armstrong,

September, 1947.  He died March 5, 2001.

Ms. Palmer attended school at Sacred Heart, Konawa, and attended high
school at Mt. Saint Mary, Oklahoma City.  She was a homemaker, a
lifelong resident of Ada, and an active member of the Spring Baptist
Church.  She was a member of the YWA and later graduated into the WMU.
She worked at Byng School as an aid with the Native American Program.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and six siblings.

Survivors include two sons, Tommy Palmer and wife Janice and Terry
Palmer and wife Mona, all of Ada; a daughter, Leah "Teakah" Cruz and
husband Servando, Ada; grandchildren, Danny Palmer and wife Lora,
Oklahoma City, Kevin Palmer and wife Jennifer, Moore, Brian Palmer and

Boe died Nov. 22, 2005, at Bristow.  He was born Dec. 31, 1950, at
Albert Lea, Minn., to Leonard and Althea Ruble Boe.  He came to this
area in 1982 from Minneapolis, Minn.  He received bachelor's and masters
degrees in piano from the University of Minnesota and a doctorate in
piano performance from the University of North Texas.  He was a piano
instructor at West Bank School of Music, Minneapolis; director of
Children of Hope performing choir in Minneapolis; professor of music at
East Central University; honors director at ECU and coordinator of OSLEP
at ECU.

Boe was an active member of First Baptist Church, Ada, and was a member
of First Baptist Church Winds of Praise orchestra.  He was past
president of Great Plains Honor Association; served as chairman of the
Ada Library Board; served on the Board of Ada Arts and Heritage Center;
was a Boy Scout leader and initiated the Ada Library Book Drive with the
Boy Scouts and the ECU Honors Students.

He married Monica Minar May 19, 1979, at Northfield, Minn..

Survivors include his wife, Monica Boe, of the home; son, Eric Boe;
daughter, Meredith Boe; two sisters, Sandra Kelley, Lake Mills, Iowa,
and Pat Shideler, Albert Lea, Minn.; and numerous cousins, nieces and
nephews.

Bearers are Art Sorenson, John Kerr, Ron McDonald, Dominic Digiulio,
Paul Rowe, Mark Hollingsworth, Steve Walker and Brian Brown.

Texas; two sons-in-law, the Rev. James Hale, Oklahoma City, and Ewell

and husband Robert, Bowlegs; three granddaughters, Lesley Werner, Tana

The son of Earl and Olive Eastin Moore, he was born Aug. 15, 1936, in
Yuma County, Colorado. He died at his Moore's Longhorn Ranch, Roff,
Saturday, Nov.  26, 2005.

He and Bernice Grady were married Sept. 11, 1954, in Denver.

They had previously ranched in Colorado and Kansas before moving their
operation first to the Boley, Oklahoma area in 1990 and then to Roff in
1994.

Active in Texas Longhorn cattle associations, he was a charter member of
the Mountains and Plains Texas Longhorn Association, the Kansas Texas
Longhorn Association and the Indian Territory Texas Longhorn Association
of Oklahoma.  Nationally he had served as vice president and director of
the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America and as president and
director of the International Texas Longhorn Association.

He is survived by his wife, Bernice Moore of the home at Roff, a
daughter, Denise Raley, Roff, a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Nancy
Moore, Bucklin, Kan., his mother, Olive Moore, Denver, Colo.; and a
brother, Bobby Moore, Denver; five grandchildren, Trinity, Cody and
Laramie Moore, Shanna and Wyatt Raley.

Mr. Choate is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Gilman, Stroud, Okla.;
his father, Bill Choate, Ada; a brother, Mike Choate, Ada; and
grandsons, James and Brian Gilman, both of Stroud.

RUBY ELY
ADA - Services for Ruby L. Ely, 93, Ada, are 1 p.m. Friday at the
Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. John Haynes officiating.  Burial
follows at Ashland Cemetery, at Ashland.

Mrs. Ely died Nov. 29, 2005, at a local hospital.  She was born Oct. 12,
1912, at Ashland, to Benny and Mary Elizabeth Poe Hester.  She attended
rural schools at Ashland and moved to Ada in 1943 from Ashland.  Mrs.
Ely was a bus driver for the City of Ada, and later worked as a sales
clerk at Katz Department Store.  She retired as a clerk from Dillon’s
Department Store, where she worked for many years.  She was a member of
First Baptist Church.

She married John Ely April 2, 1935.  He died Nov. 22, 1982, at Ada.

Survivors include a daughter, Patsy Raper and husband Wendell, Ada; a
son, Jerald Ely, Ada; two grandsons, Chris Raper and wife Carmen, Elmore
City, and Mark Raper and wife Kelly, Denver, Colo.; four great
grandsons, Caleb Raper, Nathanael Raper, Luke Raper and Colton Raper;
and a great-granddaughter, Jade Coale.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Etheleen Ely.

JEWEL THOMAS
KERRVILLE, Texas - Services for Jewel Laverne Thomas, 89, Kerrville,
Texas, formerly of Ada and Allen, Okla., are 11 a.m. Friday at the Oil
Center Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Rev. Glen Eaves officiated.
Burial follows at Maxwell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from
6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thomas died Nov. 16, 2005, at a Kerrville nursing home. She was
born June 19, 1916, at Maxwell to Columbus Oliver and Effie Mae Haggard
Burk. She graduated from Vanoss High School in Vanoss.

She married William A. Thomas March 29, 1935, at Ada. He died Dec. 28,
2004. Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker, and she owned and operated Uncle
Dudley’s department store in Allen for several years.

Survivors include two daughters, Judith Ann Vinson and husband Johnny,
Kerrville, Texas, and Marlyn Miner, Beaverton, Ore.; one son, Billy Lyn
Thomas and wife Pamela, San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter-in-law, Peggy
Thomas, Corpus Christi, Texas; 10 grandchildren, Quinton Huckeby, Marla
Rodrigues, Staci Koh, Gayla Krietsch, Mark Thomas, Lori Sexton,
Stephanie Glasgow, Joel Vinson, Jay Vinson, and Jim Vinson; 11 great-
grandchildren, Matthew Rodrigues, Katie Koh, Ryan Krietsch, Ashlee
Krietsch, Shianne Thomas, Tanner Thomas, Megan Sexton, Lauren Sexton,
Connor Glasgow, Melody Vinson and John Sterling Vinson.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Gerald Ross Thomas in
1998; a grandson, Johnny Brian Vinson in 1996; and a son-in-law, Robert
Miner in 2000.

Bearers are Quinton Huckeby, Mark Thomas, John Q. Sutterfield, Ryan
Krietsch, George Huckeby and Floyd Burk.

CHARLES BURNETT
ODESSA, Texas - Services for Charles “Buddy” Burnett, Odessa, were Nov.
23 at Frank Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel, the Rev. Kevin Bushart
officiating.  Burial followed at Sunset Cemetery.

Mr. Burnett died Nov. 20, 2005, at Odessa.  He was born Dec. 3, 1920, at
Stonewall, Okla.  He came to Odessa from Ada, Okla., in 1949.  He
married Dorothy Arledge May 20, 1965, at Lamesa.  He was a veteran of
the U.S. Army during World War II and was an active member of the West
Texas Jazz Society.

He was preceded in death by his wife;

DELLA YEAGER
HUGO - Graveside services for Della Ann Yeager, 65, Hugo, are 10 a.m.
Thursday at Byrd’s Prairie Cemetery, Tupelo.

Ms. Yeager died Nov. 28, 2005, at a Hugo hospital.  She was born June
25, 1940, at Carlsbad, N.M., to Phillip and Delia Hays Yeager.  She
attended Tupelo Schools and is of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include four brothers, Donal Schutte, Hooks, Texas, Lee
Yeager, Beaumont, Texas, John Yeager, Houston, Texas, and Allen Yeager,
