Bobermin, Jeannette           
Jeannette Bobermin, called home to God on October 3, 2005 at the age of 85.

Daughter of Felix and Wadislawa Helhoski, formerly of Pellets Island.

Predeceased by her husband, Robert.

Mrs. Bobermin was a graduate of Goshen High School and attended nursing
school. She worked in the classified defense industry during WW II. She was a
retiree of Key Bank and former president of Credit Women International. A
member of St. Catherine of Sienna Church in Mendon, N.Y., she has lived in
East Greenbush, N.Y. and recently in Mendon.

Survivied by her loving daughter, Pat and son-in-law, Charles Corbett with
whom she has lived for the last 15 years. They will miss her very much. Also
survived by three nieces and special friends, who called her "Mom."

Visitation will be at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St., Goshen,
N.Y. on Friday, October 7, 2005 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 8 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's
R.C. Church, Florida, N.Y.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bruen Rescue Squad, East
Greenbush, N.Y.

Arrangements were made by the Donovan Funeral Home.

Boyd, Louis         
Louis Boyd, a retired lead engineer/diesel mechanic for Local #825 Operating
Engineers, died October 5, 2005 at Community General Hospital in Harris. He
was 77.

The son of Lodie and Josephine Ummerle Boyd, he was born December 3, 1927 in
Liberty.

He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local #825, Newark, N.J., Veterans
of Foreign Wars Post #9217 Liberty, N.Y. and a US Navy Veteran of WW II.

Survivors include wife, Marie Dugan Boyd at home; his children Thomas R. Boyd
and wife Miriam of Jersey Shore, Pa., William Boyd of Jeffersonville, Michael
L. Boyd and wife Barbara of Kansas City, Mo., Christopher Boyd of
Jeffersovnille, Jeff Boyd and wife Pamela of Liberty, Craig Boyd and wife
Sandra of Jeffersonville, Therese Vandemerlen and husband Chuck of Ridgefield,
Conn; one brother Raymond Boyd of Callicoon; three sisters, Betty Eschenberg
of Callicoon, Arlene Stoddard of Cornwall-on-Hudson and Eleanor Huggler of
Nanuet; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and
nephews.

He was predeceased by three brothers, Robert, Donald and John Boyd and by one
sister, Ruth Boyd.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, October 7 at
Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 8 at St. Francis Church in
Youngsville.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Youngsville.

Freer, Ryllis       
Ryllis Freer, a homemaker and lifetime area resident, died October 5, 2005 at
Community General Hospital in Harris. She was 75.

The daughter of Edward and Adeleide Dirie Plaskin, she was born August 11,
1930 in Callicoon.

She was married to the late James Keeton Freer who passed away on December 1,
2004.

Ryllis was a bus aide for Milton Gaebel Bus Co. for many years a health care
aide for many years at Loomis Hospital and also a veterinary assistant for Dr.
George Hahn for many years.

Survivors include her children, Linda Baim of Youngsville, James Freer of
Highland, Daniel Freer of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., Susan Trautschold of
Liberty, Michael Freer of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; one sister Katherine
Bauernfeind of Bogota, N.J.; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Virginia Ritterhausen and Madeline Poley
and by her son-in-law, Dennis C. Baim.

Friends may call from from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, October 9 at Stewart-Murphy
Funeral Home, Jeffersonville.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Cremation will be in Twin Tiers Crematory, Endicott.

American Heart Association.

Holderman, Antoinette "Toni"       
Formerly of Warwick, N.Y.

Antoinette "Toni" Holderman, a lifetime area resident, died Thursday, October
6, 2005 at The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation in
Goshen. She was 86 years old.

The daughter of the late Frank and Grace Diana Amodio, she was born April 1,
1919 in Middletown.

A family statement reads, "Toni enjoyed her work, although her true love was
her home. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly
missed."

Toni is survived by her daughter, Gail Miller and her husband, Bruce, of
Warwick; one brother Michael Amodio and his wife, Jennie, of Middletown; two
grandchildren, Bruce Miller of Warwick, Julie Miller of Orlando, Fla.; one
nice; and two nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Angelo Amodio, and two sisters, Fannie
DeNotaris and Mary O'Brien.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, October 9, 2005 from 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m. at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, Inc. 130 Highland Avenue
in Middletown.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 10, at 11
a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 149 Cottage Street in Middletown.

Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Mangan, Patrick Joseph        
Patrick Joseph Mangan, a 40-year Middletown resident, entered into eternal
rest Wednesday October 5, 2005 at Valley View Nursing Home, Goshen. He was 76.

The son of Thomas and Sarah Mangan, he was born June 17, 1929 in Manhattan.

He was predeceased by his loving wife of 27 years, Felicia Stawarz Mangan; his
brother James Mangan and sister Peggy Doheny.

Patrick worked as a custodian for John S. Burke Catholic High School, Goshen
for 26 years, retiring in 1991 after being honored for his years of service.

Nothing gave Patrick (Joe) more joy than the love of all the children in his
loving family. He will be missed by all who loved him.

Patrick is survived by three sisters-in-law Helen and her husband John Valleau
of Middletown, Maureen Mangan of the state of Florida and Kathleen Stawarz of
Middletown; many beloved nieces, nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and
great-great-nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call Friday, October 7, 2005 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. at
Morse Funeral Home Inc., 33 Railroad Ave., Middletown with prayer services at
8 p.m.

Marinucci, Joseph        
Joseph Marinucci of the Town of Newburgh, a retired Electrician for I.B.E.W.
Union 363, died Wednesday, October 5, 2005 in the Town of Newburgh. He was 96.

The son of the late Giorgio Marinucci and Concetta DiFalco, Joseph was born on
December 22, 1908 in Newburgh.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of the YMCA of Newburgh and the
Runners Club in New York City. Joe started to run marathons at the age of 70.
He ran in the New York City and Boston Marathons. He also played baseball in
the Newburgh area for many years. He promoted physical fitness and good
health.

He is survived by friends Archie and Jean Antonelli and family and Angelo
Rodriguez as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, George Manuche, and his sisters.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 7, 2005 from 7-9 p.m. at Hudson
Valley Funeral Home, Inc., 239 Quassaick Ave. (Rt 94), New Windsor.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at
10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, New Windsor.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor, N.Y.

McDonald, Raymond C.          
Raymond C. McDonald, age 77, died Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at Horton
Memorial Hospital in Middletown, N.Y.

Mr. McDonald was born in Middletown, and was a lifelong resident of the
Unionville/ Westtown area.

Mr. McDonald was a weaver for American Silk Label of Unionville for 44 years,
retiring in 1987. Upon his retirement, Mr. McDonald worked as the maintenance
supervisor of the Goshen School District for 10 years, retiring in 1997.

Mr. McDonald was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Scapular R.C. Church,
Unionville, for over 60 years. He was a member of the Minisink Hose Co.,
Unionville; Lenape Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Unionville; and served on the
Unionville Cemetery Association. Mr. McDonald also served on the Town of
Minisink Parks Commission.

Mr. McDonald was a member of the Lions Club, Knights of Columbus and the
Veterans Firemens Association.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Lena (Caddigan) McDonald.

Mr. McDonald is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Masker) McDonald; a son
Raymond M. McDonald and wife Jane of Slate Hill, N.Y.; two daughters Carol A.
Reed of Unionville and Debra Decker and husband John of Mt. Hope, N.Y. Mr.
McDonald is also survived by a brother John "Bill" McDonald and wife Jackie of
E. Stroudsburg, Pa.; and five grandchildren Michael, Blaine and Brielee
McDonald, Frank Ford and Corey Decker; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 10 at 9:15 a.m. from Ferguson
Funeral Home, 27 Third St., Sussex, N.J. to Our Lady of The Scapular R.C.
Church, Unionville for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.

Interment will follow in Unionville Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Schneider, Robert J.          
Robert J. Schneider, a retired banker with JP Morgan/Chase Bank in New York,
N.Y., died October 4, 2005 in Rosary Hill, Hawthorne, N.Y. He was 73.

Born on February 4, 1932 in the Bronx, he was the son of Frank Schneider and
Florence Miller.

A family statement reads, "He was an extraordinary husband."

Survivors include his wife, Mary Agnes Cremmins Schneider; faithful nephew,
Stephen Schneider of the Bronx; brother-in-law, John Cremmins of Bethpage,
N.Y.; nieces & nephews; and faithful friend Chester A. Pozzi.

Visitation will be held from 1-4 & 6-9 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 6 at Quigley Bros.
Funeral Home Inc., 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520.

Seaboldt, Carl E. "Bud"       
Carl E. "Bud" Seaboldt, a retired accountant at IBM in Fishkill and lifelong
area resident, died Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at home. He was 77.

The son of the late Carlton E. Seaboldt and Lillian Oswald Seaboldt, he was
born July 23, 1928 in Garrison.

He was a veteran of the US Army during WW II and a veteran of the US Navy,
serving during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife Mary A. Squires Seaboldt of Fort Montgomery;
daughters, Lorriann Scank and husband Gary of Fort Montgomery, Danielle M.
Pfeister and husband Ken of Fort Montgomery; brother Jack Seaboldt of Lake
City, Fla.; sisters Edith Gillen of Middletown and Audrey Parks of Rocky Hill,
Conn.; grandchildren, Gary Michael, Nicole, Melissa and Jessica; nieces and
nephews.

Friends may call from from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, October 7 at William

Vandermark, Lenwood V.        
Lenwood V. Vandermark, a retired City of Newburgh Firefighter, passed away on
Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. He was
90.

Son of the late Alvah and Rose Vandermark, he was born on April 23, 1915 in
Pleasantville, N.J.

He married Agnes Peel on June 23, 1940, enjoying 65 loving years together.

He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church since 1919. Len proudly
served in the United States Marine Corps as a Tech Sergeant in the South
Pacific during WW II. He was a member of the Temple Hill Chapter of the Marine
Corps League. He retired as Assistant Chief of the City of Newburgh Fire
Department in 1963. He was an honorary member of the New Windsor Fire
Department. He also worked for the W.A. Volpe Company until his retirement in
1982.

Len was a longtime outdoorsman, enjoying camping, hiking and backpacking since
1950. He was the founder of At Your Own Risk Hiking Club. He enjoyed canoeing,
rowing, swimming and cross-country skiing right through his years. He was an
avid athlete, competing in a number of cross-country ski races and marathons.
He was a strong race-walker, and received many awards at the local, state and
national levels. In 1999 the General Montgomery Day race-walk was named the
"Len Vandermark Super 8K Race-Walk."

He is survived by his loving wife Agnes at home; his daughter, Ginny Fauci of
Rosendale; his son Ken Vandermark of Vermont; his grandchildren, Melissa Brown
and her husband Tim and Tricia Pearson; and his great-grandson, Matthew Brown.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, October 7 at
Brooks-DiDonato Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Avenue, Newburgh.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 8 at Grace
United Methodist Church, Newburgh.

Burial with military honors will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newburgh.
