[Ref: Perquimans County, NC., Deeds, page 709] 5 July 1722.  Robert Coox and
wife Elizabeth, Albermarle Co., Perquimans Prect., to Zachariah Nixon, same,
4# 10S, 100 acres in Perquimans Prect.  Butted and Bounded on the land he
now lives on Begininig at a Poplar Runing south 8 degrees East 160 poles to
a beach then ... Robert (R) Coox, Elizabeth (E) Coox, Wit: Robert Cock,
Junr., Ann Cocks.  Ackd. 10 July 1722.  Charles Denman, Richard Leary was
then Clk.  Regtd 26 Oct 1729.
