	Curl, Redmun, estate records, 1847.  Petition of Sarah, widow of 
Redmun Curl for dower, vs. John Mears and wife, Sally, James Williford 
& wife, Polly, Thomas Curl, Elizabeth Curl, Nancy Curl, Martha Curl and 
Mourning Curl, the two last named infants without guardian, Redmun died 
seized and possessed of a tract of land adjoining William B. Ricks, 
Isaac Braswell, the heirs of Robert Barnes, and others, about 300 
acres, defendants are children and their husbands; children and 
husbands consented to allotment; dower recorded in deed book 24, page 
297.  Petition of Robert R. Braswell vs. Jno. Mears and wife, Sally, 
James Williford and wife, Polly, Thomas Curl, Elizabeth Curl, Nancy 
Curl, Martha Curl (infant), Mourning Curl (infant), Kinchen Curl and 
Willis Curl, living out of state, children of Redmun Curl, 15 Jan,
