born May 11, 1916 in Morgan Co, son of the late Joe and Elizabeth Lewis LeMaster, died 
Sept 20, 1993 in West Liberty, KY.  Preceded:  wife, Beulah Thompson LeMaster in 
1974, dau, Berenice LeMaster, brothers, Manford LeMaster and Dewey LeMaster.  
Survived: sons, Paris LeMaster, Arthur Ray LeMaster and Darris LeMaster, sister, 
Mildred Brickey, 10 gc, 18 g-gc.  Burial:  Sept 23, 1993 in the Evergreen Memory 
Gardens, Paris, KY.

Palmer Wheeler, 60, of Orlando, FL, born May 15, 1933 in Isonville, Elliott Co, KY, son 
of Goldie Wheeler and the late Isaac Wheeler, died Sept 7, 1993 in DeLand, FL.  
Survived:  daus, Kimberly A. Martin, Sherri L. Young and Wendy R. Miller, brothers, 
Isaac Wheeler Jr., Ronald Wheeler and Wendell Wheeler, sister, Janice Phillips, 5 gc.  
Burial:  Sept 10, 1993 in the Chapel Hill Cemetery, Winter Park, FL.

Ricky Maxie, 4 month old son on Emerson and Glenna Knipp Maxie, born May 19, 1993 
in Morehead, Rowan Co, KY, died Sept 17, 1993 in Isonville, Elliott Co, KY.  Survived: 
brothers, Robert and Emerson Maxie, sister, Crystal Maxie, maternal grandmother, Nettie 
Knipp, paternal grandmother, Millie Maxie.  Burial:  Sept 18, 1993 in the Dobbins 
Cemetery.

Minnie Mae Boggs Skaggs, 84, of Rt. 3, Olive Hill, KY, born Dec 9, 1908 in Carter Co, 
KY, dau of the late Hughie and Ida Lawson Boggs, died Sept 17, 1993 at her home.  
Preceded: husband, Milford Skaggs in 1981, dau, Iva Jane Henderson.  Survived: sons, 
John Richard Skaggs, Charles Edgar Skaggs, Herbert Eugene Skaggs and Leo Skaggs, 
dau, Alice Cox, step-son, Junior Maggard, 14 gc, 15 g-gc.  Burial:  Sept 19, 1993 in the 
Skaggs Family Cemetery.

Esta Certain Whitley, 80, of Isonville, Elliott Co, KY, born Feb 20, 1913, dau of the late 
John Certain and Milta Kelly Certain, died Sept 21, 1993 in Wurtland, KY.  Preceded: 
husband, John Finland Whitley, sons, Mitchell Whitley and Dean Whitley.  Survived:  
sons, Johnny Whitley and Randy Whitley, dau, Sue Lewis, 19 gc, 22 g-gc, 4 g-g-gc, 
sister, Stella Shoup.  Burial: Sept 23, 1993 in the Mason-Whitley Cemetery.  Pallbearers: 
Jackie Whitley, Billy Whitley, Gary Whitley, John Dean Whitley, Dwight Whitley, and
