 Hazel Louise Mills, 91, of Alapaha died February 20, 2009 at Berrien Nursing Ce
Center.
 Born October 5, 1917 in Irwin County to the late Elijah B. and Callie Louise H
Hendley Bellflower, she was a homemaker and member of Alapaha Church of God.
 Survivors include her husband, James Charlie Mills of Alapaha; two daughters, 
Wilma Woodruff of Nashville and Sue Mikell of Ray City; son, L.T. Mills of 
Fitzgerald; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
 Funeral services were held Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home
with the Revs. Kenneth Kicklighter and Mickey Lindsey officiating. Becky Warren sang
"Amazing Grace," "Lord I'm Coming Home," and "If We Never Meet Again," accompanied
by Bill Bristol on guitar.
 Interment was in Fellowship Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were Larry Shawn Mikell, James Deric Mikell, Richard Earl Whitley,
Robert Eddie Whitley, Martie Levi Boyd, Melbourne Cory Luke, Greg Thomas Luke,
Matthew Varnadoe, James "Eddie" Charlie Mills.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
