SHADE TOWNSHIP

STATLER CEMETERY

LOCATION/ADDRESS: Central City

DIRECTIONS: In Reels Corner at intersection of Rt 30 and Rt 160, take Rt 160 N for 0.3 mi, turn right onto Leppert Rd, go 0.9 mi, turn right onto Bunker Hill Rd, go approximately 100 yds and turn left onto dirt road. Go left for approximately 150 yds. Cemetery on a knoll in a copse of trees. Approximately 40 graves.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Currently a small wooden bridge leads up to site. Statler is the original spelling for Stotler. Very old graves inscribed well. Site is being stripped at present.
