Below are descriptions of each file on the CD-ROM and how you can
use the file to search for information

Readme.txt                  Describes the contents on the CD-ROM
                            and directions on utilizing the files.

Master-Index.pdf            This file contains the master index of 
                            all "known" interments in the Hatboro 
                            Cemetery. About 4,817 interments total.
                            The index is arranged alphabetical by 
                            the last name.  You should just be 
                            able to scroll down to the last name 
                            your interested in.

LotOwner1-AlphaOrder.pdf    This file contains a list of the lots 
                            "Original" Lot Owners arranged 
                            alphabetical by the last name and all 
                            the interments buried in their lot. 

LotOwner2-AlphaOrder.pdf    This file contains a list of the lots 
                            "Second" Lot Owners arranged 
                            alphabetical by the last name and all 
                            the interments buried in their lot. 

NextofKin-AlphaOrder.pdf    This file contains a list of the lots 
                            Next of Kin contact arranged 
                            alphabetical by the last name and all 
                            the interments buried in their lot.

Military.pdf                A report of known military veterans 
                            located in the Hatboro Cemetery. Names
                            are arranged alphabetically.

Map-Main.pdf                A map of the entire cemetery outlining
                            each section.

Map-Sections.pdf            A map of each section indicating the 
                            direction of each row and lot numbers.  

Notes.pdf                   This file contains general cemetery 
                            & section notes and acknowledgements.
                            Tip: Dates of when inscriptions were 
                                 read are located in the Section 
                                 Notes.

rp500enu.exe                This file will install Adobe Reader 
                            Version 5.0 software on your computer.
                            Use Windows Explorer and double-click 
                            on the file "rp500enu.exe" and follow 
                            the instructions.

Sect_B-Lots.pdf to          Detailed Section Maps indicating the
Sect_Pine-Lots.pdf          the lot #'s.  This map will help 
                            you find where a grave is located by 
                            obtaining the Section, Row and 
                            lot # of the interment your searching 
                            for. MAPS MUST BE PRINTED ON LEGAL SIZE
                            PAPER (8 X 14)




Opening a .pdf file and using the FIND tool

Adobe Reader must be installed on your PC...
1. Use Windows Explorer and display the files on the Hatboro 
   Cemetery Burial Records CD-ROM.
2. Double-click on the file to open.  
3. After the file is opened use the find tool to search for a 
   name by clicking the binoculars on the toolbar, or choose 
   Tools > Find from the menu.
4. Type in any set of characters, name or partial name and hit 
   enter.
