Edward Garrett Family Tree Book. Edward Garrett, youngest brother of The Thomas Garrett, and husband of Abigail Sellers lived at Riverview since birth. Edward and Abigail Garrett's home was a station on the UGRR. Edward was given the family home, Riverview in 1839 after his father's death and half the land. He called his land Cleveland Farms. The other half of land was given to his brother, Isaac P. Garrett, husband of Phebe Rhoads where he built a house in 1840 still standing in Arlington Cemetery. Isaac P. Garrett called his land Fernland Farms. The picture of Edward Garrett's Family tree was taken in 2006. Elizabeth Poole born April 28, 1792 and died January 3, 1859 was daughter of William Poole and Elizabeth Sharpless. Elizabeth married John Sellers on April 10, 1817 in Wilmington, Delaware. John Sellers born September 29, 1789 and died July 20, 1878 was the son of John Sellers and Mary Coleman. They are both buried at Darby Friends Burial Grounds.
