These tombstone photos have been generously donated by Sandra E. Brausch, 26 Feb., 2005
This is the newer of the two cemeteries on the island. It's located on Twp. Road 164 (Meechen Rd.) near Catawba Avenue and situated on the southern side of Island, not too far from the airport. Additional overview of cemetery by R.M.Sizelove.

Hauck, Harold D., Dec. 31, 1921 - Aug. 23, 2004; Mary K., Mar. 19, 1921 - living, -married Nov. 1, 1942- Harold D. Hauck Sr., veteran of World War II, husband of Mary K., parents of Sandra E. (Hauck) Brausch. He was employed by Island Airlines as a pilot for over 30 years and in that capacity logged more than 15,000 miles as pilot-in-command in Ford Tri-moter aircraft (a record for the longest logged time in that type of aircraft).
