For those that are perhaps seeing these transcriptions for the first time, the transcriptions may give on first glance, the appearance of a great many typos, so I feel obligated to explain that the abundance of y, m, and d represent abbreviations for year, month and day. Although you will find most engravers follow similar patterns, it seems there are several different abbreviations used to represent these three time terms including: y, yr, yrs, yr's & years; m. mo, mos, mo's, and months; d. da, das, da's, and days and on rare occasions, h, hr, hrs, hr's, and hours. I tend not to use commas except to separate surname from given name, given name from date, except where found on actual inscription, same goes for the [.] (period). When you see the symbol [_] (underscore), I use it to represent missing or unreadable letters, or if a lot of letters are unreadable I may express it by several periods, such as Jos...h . Sometimes you will find raised letters such as "c" in surnames such as in McClain, or if the engraver added smaller letters that were left out and added later, when I encounter them, tend to express them, when possible, as found on the stone. Sometimes engravers will use the latin term Æ or æ, this is just a term that generally replaces the word "aged". One last comment, all actual text found engraved, will come first in bold text. All comments, observations, personal knowledge remarks added by submitter, concerning an individual, but not inscribed on stone, will then proceed in regular text. ~R.M.Sizelove~

Allen, Sarah Ann, 1861 - 1943 Wife of John Gilbert Allen. John & Sarah are parents of Nina & Audrey Allen.
Bauer, Dean W., 1915 - 1996; Beulah M., 1913 - 1982 -Married Nov. 24, 1934- Dean was the son of Walter & Gladys Bauer. Beulah (Schroyer)Bauer, wife of Dean, daughter of Levi & Anna (Pugh) Schroyer. She was my mother's sister.
Bills, Robin M., 1972 - 1998 Robin was born Dec. 19, 1972 in Columbus, OH, died March 12, 1998, in Indianapolis, IN. She was the daughter of Brenda (Blanton) & Jeff Bills, granddaughter of Curtis & Beulah (Trosper) Blanton. My husband's niece.
Blanton, Curtis J., Apr. 12, 1916 - Mar. 1, 1972; Beulah T., Mar. 12, 1917 - Apr. 5, 2001 Curtis, son of Garfield & Minnie (Miller) Blanton. He was born in Wallen's Creek, KY, died in Zanesville, OH. Beulah, wife of Curtis, daughter of Charley & Viola (Booze) Trosper, she was born in Packard, KY, died in Zanesville, OH. Curtis and Beulah had four children: Linda, James, Glen & Brenda. They were my husband's parents.
Burgen, Clarence N., Private 1stClass, U.S.Army, World War II, May 2, 1924 - Jan. 31, 1980 Husband of Phyllis A. (Schroyer) Burgen. Phyllis was born in PA, died Zanesville, OH in 2005. Her cremated ashes on Clarence's grave and her on her parents grave. She was my aunt.
Crawford, Samuel, 1866 - 1959; Allie Jane (Ross), 1874 - 1918 Allie, wife of Samuel Crawford & the daughter of George & Mary Ross.
Crawford, Melda F., 1905 - 1980; Harold A., 1903 - 1975 Harold died Dec. 3, 1975. Melda. wife of Harold, died Dec. 18, 1980.
Crumbaker, Robert O., 1915 - 1972; Julia V., 1918 - 1984
Downey, Geneve D., September 13, 1905 - October 28, 1996 -Wife of William S. Downey, Parents of William E., Richard R., Eleanor L., Patsy L. & William S. Jr.

Dutro, Alpha M. (Coleman), Aug. 17, 1860 - May 28, 1936 She is thewife of George "Wesley" Dutro. She's the daughter of Moses & Susan (Clapper) Coleman, she had 10 children: Roy, Elmer, Clarence, Dessie, Harry, Nellie, Etta, Leo, Leander & Michael Dutro
Echelberry, Eddie E., 1875 - 1944; Alice C., 1879 - 1933 Eddie , son of John & Henretta "Etta" (Pregraves) Echelberry. Alice (Thomas) Echelberry, Eddie's 1stwife. Eddie's 2ndwife, Leona (Thomas) Newsom [widow]. Leona is buried with her 1sthusband just next to Eddie & Alice.

Gilpin, Charles W., 1873 - 1920; Mary Jane (Weaver), his wife, 1873 - 1953 Mary Jane's 2nd husband was widower Frank A. Harris. He's buried with his 1st wife, Matilda (Conger) Harris, in a different cemetery.
Grandstaff, Howard D., 1906 - 1979; Garnett, 1904 - 1994 Husband & wife.
Grandstaff, Velma J., May 26, 1898 - Oct. 17, 1980; Albert, June 4, 1890 - June 4, 1928 Velma J. (Burr), wife of Albert Grandstaff.
Harris, William A., 1871 - 1964; Margaret, his wife, 1867 - 1948 Children of William & Margaret(Street) Harris: Hazel, Abbie, Frank, William, Clara & Wesley. William died in 1964, but death date was nver engraved on stone.

Osborne, James L., 1874 - 1926; Estella, 1879 - 1975; Mary L., 1902 - 1911; Lewis James, 1916 - 1994 Estella (Gay), wife of James. Mary L., daughter & Lewis James are children of James & Estella Osborne.
Osborn, Benjamin H., Corporal, 6thCavalry, World War I, Jan. 1, 1889 - Nov. 22, 1947 Benjamin was killed when struck by car near Trinway, OH. Son of Fred & Salena (Echelberry) Osborn. He is buried near two of his sisters in section CC. My paternal grandmother's brother.

Schroyer, Arthur, 1920 - 1936; Annie, 1886 - 1965 Anna "Annie" (Pugh) Schroyer, wife of William Levi Schroyer, daughter of James W. & Catherine (Guinn)Pugh. Anna was born in Clearfield Co., PA, and died in Zanesville, OH. Arthur, son of Anna & Levi Schroyer. He was born in Amsbury, Cambria Co., PA, died Zanesville, OH. Anna was my maternal grandmother.
Schroyer, Edward J., July 6, 1903 - June 26, 1987; Marie A., Aug. 17, 1906 - Apr. 29, 1990 Edward, son of Levi & Anna (Pugh) Schroyer, bron in Cambria Co., PA, died Zanesville, OH. Marie (Slatzer) Schroyer, wife of Edward Schroyer. Edward and Marie had three children: James, margaret & Louis. Edward was my uncle.
Schroyer, William K., Dec. 10, 1917 - Nov. 23, 1972 -Brother- William was born in Cambria Co., PA, died in Zanesville, OH. He was living with his youngest sister Lena (Schroyer) Harris. William was divorced, no children. William was my uncle.
Schroyer, William L., Battery H, 1stArtillery Regiment, Spanish American War William Levi Schroyer was son of William & Elizabeth (Yoder) Schroyer, of PA. He was born in Shamokin, Northumberland Co., PA, 1875, died Zanesville, OH. He was the husband of Anna (Pugh) Schroyer. William & Anna had 12 children. He's buried in Soldier's Circle, my paternal grandfather.
Shilling, J. Franklin, 1861 - 1940; Clara B., 1861 - 1932; Blanche M. Roberts, 1889 - 1969 Clara B. (Morrison), wife of J. Franklin Shilling. Blanche M. (Shilling) Roberts was their daughter.
Shilling, Olive Slyder, 1893 - 1942 Olive (Slyder) Shilling, wife of Robert Shilling & daughter of Martin & Mary (Jewell) Slyder. Olive's husband died in 1976, Texas. He was the son of Clarence & Sarah (Gray) Shilling.
Shilling, Clarence F., 1862 - 1934; Sarah J., his wife, 1862 - 1920 Clarence & Sarah (Gray) Shilling had three children: Lura, Robert & Caroline.
Stewart, Albright, 1905 - 1966 Husband of Janet L. (Stevens) Stewart.
Stewart, Janet L.(Stevens), 1909 - 1988 Wife of Albright Stewart.
Walsh, Kathryn L., 1909 - 1978 -Mother- kathryn (Schroyer) Walsh, daughter of Levi & Anna (Pugh) Schroyer. She was born Dec. 1909, Cambria Co., PA, died Zanesville, OH. She had one son, Joseph Bolin. "Katie" was my aunt.
