Woodruff Cemetery is in Sutton Twp. off Bowman's Run Rd. (CR. 29), northwest of lot 1219. Nearest town, Syracuse. Take S.R. 124 to Pine Grove (CR 34) turn left then right on Bowman's Run Rd. The cemetery is located on private property, behind first home on the left after crossing bridge, about 1/4 mile. The cemetery is abandoned and part of a cow pasture now. It is in horrible shape. Last time I was there (2001) only three and 1 partial tombstones were standing. I was able to find three more tombstones which had fallen over and were covered with weeds and rose bushes. Many sunken areas in the 1/2 acre cemetery.
I have a listing of tombstones that were copied by Betty Milhoan found at Ohio State Library in Columbus and will be happy to share the names and etc. if you contact me, Schumaker4@aol.com.
