These tombstone photos have been generously donated by Connie Cotterill Schumaker, 22 May, 2003
This cemetery is located in Scipio Twp., Meigs Co., Ohio, south of Pagetown on SR 684, approximately 1 mile in Section 16. The cemetery joins Wells Cemetery which is much larger. Riggs is the North part of the two cemeteries. It had 28 tombstones, June 2001.

Graham, David, 1850-19-- no date inscribed on tombstone; Grace, 1868 - 1925, wife of David Graham [Death certificate lists Grace Carleton Graham born 1869 in Meigs Co. age 56 years died April 2, 1925 in Pomeroy.
