Rose Cemetery is located on the Old Rose Family Farm, William Rose once owned on Greasy Ridge, Lawrence Co., Ohio.

Rose, William born Jan. 15, 1790 [Christianburg, Montgomery Co., VA] died July 23, 1873 -Father- [Greasy ridge, Mason Twp., Lawrence Co., O.][ William was the son of Edward Rose and family legend says he was born the same year the family migrated to the United States from Spitzbergen, Germany. His first wife was Mary Adkins, born, April 15, 1789, d. 1829, and his second wife was Winifred Neal]
Rose, Winifred (Neal), b. May 1, 1810 [Monroe Co., VA] died Dec. 3, 1897 -Mother- [Greasy Ridge, Lawrence Co.,Ohio. She married William, Nov. 5, 1829 in Vermillion Co., O. Winnifred was the daughter of Walter, Jr. & Deborah (Arnot) Neal. She is buried next to William. born Jan. 15, 1790

Dailey, born Jan. 31, 1860 - died Jan. 31, 1860 birth & death same date; Millard L. Dailey, born Jan. 31, 1860, died Jan. 31, 1860 ; Rosen C. Dailey, born March 8, 1869 - died June 23, 1871 [Children of Vinson & Buthana Jane Dailey]
Rose, Andrew, Son of W. & W. Rose, Mar. 26, 1846 - July 15, 1849 Andrew is the son of William & Winefred Rose.
Rose, Lavisa Jane, deceased Aug. 16, 1849, aged 5 years Lavisa Jane is the daughter of William & Winifred Rose, born in 1844.
