TRANSCRIBERS NOTES:
  1. This is the most comprehensive “reading” of the cemetery done to date of this cemetery. This cemetery was compared to interment and lot records on file with the cemetery. Many more interments were identified without monuments due to this research. This site is the only site on the internet which has plat maps, postings of transcriptions of the original interment records which has included the section and lot. It is not transcribed from any publication or use of any other internet web cemetery sites. On file, but not online the submitter has copies of the original cemetery records.
  2. This cemetery has four additions which are subdivided into sections then divided into lot numbers then further divided into grave numbers.
  3. This site also includes many obituaries for the interments for this cemetery. The obituaries are being uploaded as time permits.
Resources: Utilized
  1. LDDS https://www.familysearch.org/ a free online database was utilized for original records for births, deaths and marriages.
  2. Ancestry.com : www.ancestry.com for military information.
  3. Original records from cemetery: interment records, plat maps, section and lot records.
  4. Records/deeds on file at the Miami County Courthouse in Troy, Miami County Ohio.
Documents MAY NOT BE copied without written authorization from Karen Johnson-Heber. Documents MAY NOT BE posted to internet without written permission from Karen Johnson-Heber. Submitted by Karen Johnson-Heber
NOTE: This is a work in progress. Karen will be submitting by section as time allows.
