Florence May Fieldler, 92

Florence May Fieldler, 92, passed away Oct. 16, 2004, at the Newport Long Term 
Care Facility, due to a long illness.

She was born June 11, 1912 in Montpelier, Idaho to Daniel "Bert" and Nancy 
Owens. She married Howard Lavern Fiedler, Sr. who preceded her in death in 1988.
Florence was a nurse for many years at the Newport Community Hospital.

Florence loved to sew, play bingo, crochet and being a member of the Freeman 
lake Grange.

Survivors include two daughters, Doris (and Remol) Armstrong of Everett, Wash., 
Carol (and Lowell) Chichester of Reno, Nev.; two sons, Don (and Iris) Fiedler 
of Oldtown, Idaho and Gene (and Sandra) Fiedler of Mt. Vernon, Wash.; one 
daughter in law, Ruth Fiedler, of Priest River, Idaho; 12 grandchildren, 
numerous great grand and great, great grandchildren. Besides her husband, she 
was preceded in death by her son Howard Jr. and her daughter, Geraldine "Geri."

Graveside services will be held on Oct. 20 at 1 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery. 
Sherman-Knapp Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
