KOOTENAI VALLEY PRESS Boundary County, Idaho Muriel Fisher 1929 ~ 2004 November 07, 2004 Muriel Ellen Horsman Fisher, 75, of Troy, died on November 2, 2004, at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital. She was born on July 14, 1929, at Botteneau, North Dakota, to Ernest and Fern Horsman. Muriel moved with her family to Seattle when she was 13 years old. Married in 1947, Muriel had two daughters, Denise and Valinda. After moving to Kalispell in 1955, Muriel married Ted Fisher and had two more children, Wayne and Yvonne. Muriel and Ted lived in Troy for many years. Her hobbies included crochet, knitting and making wooden novelties and other craft projects. She also enjoyed playing games on her computer. Survivors include her husband, Ted, Troy; daughter Denise and her husband Marvin Speck, Troy; son Wayne and his wife Teresa, Troy; daughter Yvonne and her husband Richard Leader, Winnemucca, Nevada, grandchildren Tallie O’Brien, Paula Taylor, Terra Neill, Chera Neely, Bobi Jo Grimes, Jeremy Countryman, Heidi Leader, Jodi Leader, Misti Leader and John Leader and great-grandchildren Ashley Erin Neely, Hannah Marie Neill, Kelsey Lynn and Blake Russell Taylor, and Bradley Jay and Brady Morgan O’Brien.
