Ruby Smith, Westminster
   Ruby Cox Smith, 79, of 411 Cornelia Ave., widow of Harlow Clyde Smith, died 
Jan. 9, 2000 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.  She was a homemaker and was of the 
Church of God faith.  Survivors: sons, Dan Smith of Spartanburg and Monty Smith 
of Boise, Idaho; daughters, Glenda Qualls and Judy Smith, both of Westminster; 
a brother, Glenn Cox of Westminster; a sister, Ruth Evans of De Land, Fla.; 
seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased: parents, John B. 
and Anna Dickson Cox, two brothers, and five sisters.  Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. 
tonight at Sandifer Funeral Home. Service: 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral 
chapel. Burial: Calvary Church of God.
