Obituary of SKATES, LUCINDA JANE ALBERTSON   1932 Oconee, SC

   Mrs. Lucinda Skates died at the home of her sister, Mrs. S. L. Crow, near 
Salem, on Thursday afternoon, Oct. 13, at 1 o'clock.  She was in her 79th year. 
In addition to her sister, she is survived by one brother, James L. 
Elbertson(sic) of this county.  Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 
2 o'clock at Boone's Creek Baptist Church, Rev. W. D. Holcombe officiating.  
Interment was made in the church cemetery.
