Obituary of SCHUMACHER, EDNA HARTLEY  1987 Oconee, SC

  Athens, Ga.--Mrs. Edna H. Schumacher, 87, of 139 Alps Road, formerly of 
Walhalla, widow of John F. Schumacher, died Saturday, August 22 at a local 
nursing home.  Born in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Ruben 
Judson and Ann Langford Hartley.  She was a member of St. John's Lutheran 
Church, Walhalla.  Surviving are sisters, Lena White and Mae Lou Park of 
Pendergrass.  Services were at 3 p. m. Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church, 
Walhalla.  Burial was in the church cemetery.
