SENECA - Alvin Reno McCall Jr., 48, of 502 Wayside Circle, died Monday, 
December 25, 1989 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.  Born in Salem, he was a son of 
the late Alvin Reno McCall Sr and Evelyn Hall McCall Orr. He was a supervisor 
with K-Mar Services and attended the Fairview Church of God.
  Surviving are his stepfather, William T. Orr of West Union; a daughter, Mrs. 
Evelyn "Evie" Springfield of Seneca: brothers, John Grady McCall of WaIhalla, 
Doyle McCall of Seneca, Carl McCall of Jacksonville, Fla., Chester McCall of 
West Union, and Wayne I. Orr of Nebo, N. C. and sisters, Mrs. Lois Hamby of 
West Union and Mrs. Gail Morgan of Walhalla.  Services were at 11 a. m. 
Thursday at Fairview Church of God conducted by the Rev. Joel Smith, the Rev. 
Wayne Emerson and the Rev. Richard Burton.  Burial was in the Oconee Memorial 
Park.  Davenport Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
