Obituary of MCCALL, ALMA BOGGS

    WALHALLA - Mrs. Alma Boggs McCall, 84, of Route 1, Bear Swamp Community, 
widow of Henry Bascom McCall, died Saturday, February 4, 1989 a Lila Doyle 
Nursing Care Facility.  Born in Westminster, she was daughter f the late Julius 
Clayton and Margaret Theodocia Dickson Boggs. She was a homemaker and a member 
of College Street Baptist Church.  Surviving are sons, Paul, Monroe, and 
Haskell McCall, all of Walhalla, Ennis McCall of West Union, and Wallace, 
McCall of Seneca; a brother, Hoyt Boggs of Westminster; sisters, Mrs. Lida Long 
of Seneca and Mrs. Codie Lee of Westminster; 10 grandchildren and six 
great-grandchildren.  Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at West Union Presbyterian 
Church chapel conducted by the Revs. George Tichenor, Frank Knight an Olin 
Nicholson.  Burial was Neville Cemetery.  Davenport Funeral Home was in charge 
of arrangements.
