Obituary of LEE, TOCCOA ABBOTT 1965 Oconee, SC Keowee Courier, November 10, 1965 Rites Conducted For Mrs. Lee Mrs. Toccoa Abbott Lee, 82, of Walhalla, widow of J. Leonard Lee, died at 2 a. m. Saturday after an illness of 10 days. Lifelong resident of Oconee county, daughter of the late John W. and Lou White Abbott, she was a member of Zion Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, John Rae Lee of Sumter; five daughters, Mrs. Robert (Laura) Dilworth of Walhalla, Miss Lila Lee and Miss Jean Lee of the home, Mrs. J. W. (Bessie) Ray, Mrs. John J. (Ruth) Brandt of Walhalla; a brother, L. D. Abbott of Seneca; three sisters, Mrs. J. S. Colley and Mrs. Charles Davis of Walhalla and Mrs. Heber (sic) Whitten of Spartanburg; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at Davenport Funeral Home by Rev. Warren T. Green. Burial was in Neville cemetery.
