Obituary of HALL, THOMAS NEWTON 1918 Oconee, SC Keowee Courier. October 16, 1918 T. N. "Bud" Hall, a prominent citizen of Westminster, died at his home in that place Tuesday night of last week after a lingering illness. He suffered a stroke of paralysis months ago, and from this attack he had never rallied. He had been in declining health for more than a year, and his death was not unexpected. Mr. Hall was well known in Walhalla an in the vicinity, and there are many who will learn of his death with deep sorrow. He was a good citizen, and upright man, dealing honestly and squarely with his fellows, and earning for himself an enviable reputation wherever he was known. He had large business interest in Westminster and other parts of the county.
