Duvall Rites Held Tuesday
   Mrs. Zadie Lyle Duvall, 59, of Rt. 1, Westminster, died Monday in Oconee 
Memorial Hospital.  Mrs. Duvall was a daughter of the late Willis Sloan and 
Luella Reid Lyle.  She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.  
Survivors:  husband, V. W. Duvall; son, Joe Sloan Duvall of Westminster; three 
daughters, Mrs. Maxine Ward of Westminster, Mrs. Carolyn Smith and Mrs. Martha 
Ann Bright both of Seneca; brother Jesse Lyle of Westminster; five sisters, 
Mrs. Ralph Miller and Mrs. Clarence Miller, both of Walhalla, Mrs. Edward 
Smith, Mrs. Rena Phillips and Mrs. Don Roody, all of Greenville; six 
grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Tuesday at Pleasant Hill Baptist 
Church with the Revs. J. M. Holbrook and Robert A. Willis officiating.  Burial 
was in the church cemetery.  Nephews served as pallbearers.
