Obituary of COX, MARY JANE DOWIS   1932 Oconee County, SC
Keowee Courier, April 13, 1932
   Mrs. Mary Jane Cox, widow of the late J. L. Cox, died at her home near 
Walhalla early Monday, April 11th.  She is survived by the following children:  
Miss Eugenia Cox, Mrs. J. P. McCoy, Mrs. G. M. Barnett, Mrs. R. M. Lee, W. L. 
Cox, H. M. Cox, E. C. Cox, J. M. Cox and J. J. Cox.  Funeral services were held 
from Pleasant Hill Baptist church Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. D. S. 
Drennan officiating.  Interment was in the church cemetery. Grandsons of the 
deceased were the pallbearers.
