CHESTER – Funeral information for Mr. Bobby Ross Martin Sr. of 1174 
J.A. Cochran By-Pass will be announced later by Wright’s Home For 
Funerals. Mr. Martin, 72, died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at Piedmont 
Medical Center. Born in Chester on Nov. 27, 1929, he was a son of the 
late Marshal and Ollie Mae Martin. He was employed by Chester County 
in the maintenance department. Survivors include a son, Bobby R. 
Martin Jr. of Rock Hill; and his life friend, Shirley Wright of 
Chester. Wright’s Home For Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
