Generales, died Sunday, Oct.13, 2002, at her residence. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Copeland Funeral Home. Services will be held later in San Diego. Mrs. Generales was born Aug. 24, 1924, in Boston, a daughter of Emma Mae Collicutt Blenkhorn and Frederick Maurice Blenkhorn. She was a member of Scott Memorial Baptist Church, San Diego, and attended Sea Island Presbyterian Church, Beaufort. She moved to San Diego with her husband, a professor at San Diego State University. She was a past president of San Diego State Dames, former chair of the Globe Guilders Association and was a volunteer with the Christian Thrift Shop of San Diego and the Forest Home of San Bernardino Mountains. Survivors include two sons, Mark Generales of Beaufort and Stefan Generales of San Marcos, Calif.; a brother, Carol Blenkhorn of Richmond, Va; and four grandchildren.
