The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Sauls Funeral Home, Ridgeland. Services will be at noon Saturday at Zion Oak Grove Baptist Church, Ridgeland, with burial in Roseland Cemetery, Ridgeland. Mr. Fennel was born Jan. 1, 1920, in Ridgeland, a son of Elizabeth Major Fennell and James Raymond Fennell. He was an engineer and retired from Cleland Construction. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jenkins Fennell of Ridgeland; three daughters, Ruth Adams, Susie DuPont and Linda Fennell of Ridgeland; five sons, Cephus Swinton, Thomas Fennell, James Fennell and Dwight Fennell of Ridgeland and Lynwood Jenkins of Miami; two sisters, Sarah Rivers of New York and Alvestes Levine of Bluffton; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. *********************************************************************************************** NOTICE: Printing the files within by non-commerical individuals and libraries is encouraged, as long as all notices and submitter information is included.
