Oct. 12, 2002, in Bay View Nursing Center. Marshel's Wright-Donaldson 
Home for Funerals is in charge

LADY'S ISLAND -- Marie Deveaux, 84, of Lady's Island, widow of Joseph 
Deveaux, died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002, in Bay View Nursing Center. 
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lady's Island Baptist Church, 
with burial in Johnson Cemetery, Lady's Island. Mrs. Deveaux was born 
July 1, 1918, in Beaufort, a daughter of Ethel Tolbert Frazier and 
Peter Frazier. She worked as a licensed beautician in Newark, N.J. She 
was a member of Lady's Island Baptist Church. Survivors include a 
daughter, Yvette Wilson-Anderson of Arvington, N.J.; a sister, Evelyn 
Cotton of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; and a brother, Damon P. Frazier of 
Savannah. Marshel's Wright-Donaldson Home for Funerals is in charge.
