Georgia Mae Dagin Published Sat, Oct 19, 2002 LADY'S ISLAND -- Georgia Mae Dagin, 54, of the Brickyard Point community of Lady's Island, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2002, in the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Marshel's Wright-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Beaufort, with burial in Brickyard Point Cemetery. Mrs. Dagin was born Oct. 1, 1958, in Beaufort, a daughter of Louise White and Esau Houston Sr. She graduated from St. Helena High School. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was formerly employed by Garland Knitting Mills, Blue Channel Corp., Bay View Nursing Center and the Connelly family. Survivors include her stepmother, Rebecca Reynolds Houston of Lady's Island; a son, Ronald Dagin Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla.; five sisters, Delores Smoaks, Linda C.
