She was a 1948 graduate of New Bedford High School in Massachusetts. She was a homemaker and loving mother. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Stone of Hanahan, SC; son Robert Carbonaro of Goose Creek, SC; 2 step-daughters, Judith Adams of California and Catherine Kroeger of Massachusetts; 7 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Frances Herman of Massachusetts and Cynthia Wood of Florida.
