Pallbearers will be the members of Fay Hammond Sunday School Class. Honorary pallbearers will be the Mary Adkins Sunday School Class. Memorials may be made to West Side Baptist Church, 2100 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC 29169. Mrs. Warren died Thursday, October 18, 2001. Born in Joanna, she was the daughter of the late B. Frank and Mattie Koon Sample. A longtime member of West Side Baptist Church and the Mary Adkins Sunday School Class, she served in many positions of leadership in the church activities. She was a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and was loved by many. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Thomas A. Warren, Jr.; her sons and daughter-in-law, Thomas A. Warren III of West Columbia and J. Eric and Kathy Warren of Lexington; her grandsons, Matthew and Drey Warren, both of Lexington, and her granddaughter, Hannah Warren of Lexington.
