Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens on Sunday. Born in Bermuda, she was the daughter of Romeo Q. Tingin and Concesa Guanlao Tingin. Miss Tingin was a member of the University of South Carolina Color Guard. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Goose Creek. Survivors include her parents of Goose Creek; a brother, Romel S. Tingin of Bethesda, Maryland.The family will receive friends following the funeral mass at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
