Cleveland and Dessa Smith Cleveland. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include two sons, Joe Rutledge of Ridgeville, SC and J.D. Rutledge of Round-O, SC, a brother, Woody Cleveland of Lakeside, California, three sisters, Evelyn Cowart, Mary Owens and Jackie Butts, all of Cottageville, SC, 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
