Burial will be in Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner. Born on April 12, 1921, in Frostproof, FL, a daughter of the late Roan M. Dampier and Alice Bethany Smith Dampier. Mrs. Sprankle was educated in Florida schools, she was a homemaker and she was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. Surviving are 3 daughters, Donna S. Haggard of Summerville, Dana S. Medford of Summerville, Melissa Darlene Horne of Summerville; 1 son, Donald E. "Don" Sprankle, Jr. of Summerville; 5 grandchildren, David Medford of Atlanta, Stephen Medford, Amanda Medford, Allison Haggard and Kristina Horne all of Summerville. Arrangements by JAMES A.
