Ms. Jacqueline S. Dawson; grandmother of Mrs. LaShawn K. McCoy 
(William III) and Ms. Della Dawson; sister of Mrs. Ruby Barnwell and 
Mrs. Frances Waring (Lewis); great-grandmother of Shapree' McCoy and 
Jamella Dawson. Friends may visit at 925 Corlis Dr. (Melrose). Funeral 
arrangements will be announced by DOROTHY'S HOME FOR FUNERALS.

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Christine T. Simmons are invited to 
attend her funeral service 2 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2001, in Morris 
Brown AME Church, 13 Morris St., Rev. Joseph A. Darby pastor. Interment
will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Simmons will 
be Sunday, 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home and 6 to 8 p.m. at the 
church with the family hour beginning at 7 p.m. Mrs. Simmons is 
survived by her daughters, Ms. Jacqueline S. Dawson; granddaughters, 
Mrs. LaShawn K. McCoy (William III) and Ms. Della Dawson; sisters, Mrs.
Ruby Barnwell and Mrs. Francina Waring (Lewis); great-grandchildren, 
Shapree' McCoy and Jamella Dawson; sister-in-law, Mrs. Ruthie Turner, 
cousins and friends. Funeral arrangements by DOROTHY'S HOME FOR
