Mrs. Siegling was born in Charleston, South Carolina, a daughter of Thomas Pinckney Rutledge and Ethel Parrott Rutledge. She was a retired administration assistant with Young, Clement and Rivers, Attorneys at Law. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Surviving are his two sons, John M. Siegling and his wife Sandy of Charleston, SC and David R. Siegling and his wife Pat of Seminole, FL; a brother, Hugh M. Rutledge of Newport News, VA; two granddaughters, Camille Siegling Bowdoin and her husband Frank of Charleston, SC and Linda Siegling Kelly and her husband Sean of Jacksonville, Fl; two great-grandsons, Kyle Bowdoin and John Austin Bowdoin.
