Mr. Rowell was born in Clyo, Ga., May 19, 1927, and had retired from Cooper Industries as a Supervisor. He was a Navy Veteran and was a member of the Calf Pen Hunting Club in Yemassee. He was the son of the late Nina R. Runnion of Hampton. Private Memorial services will be held at a later date. Those who wish may send memorials to the National Kidney Foundation of South Carolina, 5000 Thurmond Mall, Suite 106, Columbia, S.C. 29201.
