RISHER, Christine
WEST COLUMBIA - Services for Christine Marie Risher, 22, will be held 
at 1:00 p.m. Monday in Trinity Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Donald 
Davis, Pastor Stanley Haltiwanger and Pastor Tom Grove, with burial at 
Southland Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American 
Cancer Society. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. 
Sunday at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Miss Risher died Friday,
October 12, 2001. Born in Charleston, she was a daughter of Chris and 
Wayne Lowder and John and Susan Risher. She attended Trinity Baptist 
Church and was a member of VFW Post #445, Bridges and Participated in 
the Special Olympics. Miss Risher attended the S.C. School for the 
Blind. Surviving are her sister, Jennifer Risher of West Columbia; 
maternal grandparents, Blanche and Terry Oliver of Charleston, 
paternal grandparents, Randy and Gloria Lowder of Charleston; 
great-grandparents, Carl and Alma Rourk of Charleston; a cousins and
