Residence, White Oak, SC, formerly of Charleston. Graveside funeral services will be held in Live Oak Memorial Gardens Sunday, October 21, 2001 at 3:30 p.m. Arrangements by J. Born May 23, 1910 in Ocilla, Georgia, Mr. Milner was the son of the late Seabrum Harold Milner and Beulah Milner. He was a retired electrician and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Mr. Milner was a member of First Baptist Church of Columbia and taught Sunday School for fourteen years. Surviving Mr. Milner are a daughter, Sandra M. Ayoub of Chapin, SC; a son, Harold T. Milner of Missouri; three grandchildren, Amanda Glowacki of Columbia, SC, Tony Ayoub of Chapin, SC and Dina Carter of Charleston and seven great-grandchildren.
