Entered into eternal rest on the morning of October 4, 2001 Donna 
Fletcher Miller, wife of Michael Arthur Miller, residence Goose Creek,
SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Arthur Miller 
are invited to attend the funeral services of the latter in Yeamans 
Park Presbyterian Church, Hanahan, SC, Saturday morning, October 6, 
2001 at 11:00 o'clock. Interment Kershaw Cemetery, Kershaw, SC at 
5:00 o'clock. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., GREENRIDGE 
ROAD CHAPEL this (Friday) evening between 6 and 8 o'clock. At the 
request of the family, memorials may be made to Yeamans Park 
Presbyterian Church, 5931 North Murray Avenue, Hanahan, SC 29406 or 
to the American Cancer Society, "Relay for Life" c/o Deidre Brown, 
148 Southwold Circle, Goose Creek, SC 29445. Mrs. Miller was born 
April 17, 1945 in Camden, SC, a daughter of Robert Hough Fletcher 
and Mrs. Marian Miles Fletcher. She received her Bachelors Degree 
from Winthrop College and Masters Degree from the Citadel. An educator,
Mrs. Miller taught at the former Chicora High School, R.B. Stall High 
School, Midland Park Elementary School all in Charleston County and 
for 17 years at Westview Middle School in Goose Creek, SC, where she 
was teacher of the year (1986-1987). Her family and children wish to 
express their sincere gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love 
and support for Donna and the family. It has been obvious that God has
blessed this family with an even larger family of friends. Her family 
would like to honor her by encouraging all who knew her to remember 
her in the many roles that she played; wife, mother, daughter, sister,
cousin, student, teacher, aunt and friend. Surviving Mrs. Miller are 
her mother of Kershaw, SC, husband of Goose Creek, SC; sons, Michael 
Arthur Miller, Jr. of Rock Hill, SC, Timothy and his wife, Nicole 
Lange Miller of Summerville, SC, her daughter, Susan Miller of Goose 
Creek, SC, her sister, Jan and husband Randy Collins of Lancaster, SC,
brother, Bob and wife Linda Fletcher of Huntsville, AL, her nephew, 
Mark Fletcher of Winston-Salem, NC and was predeceased by a brother 
Thomas Baxter Fletcher. (Published Oct 5, 2001)
