HENRY STUHR, INC., GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL, Sunday afternoon, October 4, 2001 at 3:30 o'clock. Interment Plantation Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Stuhr's Greenridge Road Chapel this (Saturday) evening between 6 and 8 o'clock. Mr. Lieser was born May 9, 1908 in Glastonbury, Connecticut a son of the late William Henry and Marcella Anderson Lieser. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Lieser had been employed as a machinist with General Dynamics Company until his retirement and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Goose Creek, SC. Surviving are his son, Willard N. Lieser of Lebanon, Tn., his daughters, Elaine Cole of Williamstown, NY, Beverly Nittler of Fontana, Ca., step-daughters, Betty Taylor of Goose Creek, SC, Helen Sanborn of Newport News, Va., and Margaret Trumble of Upland, Ca. Eighteen grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Mr. Lieser was preceded in death by his wife, Allie Dill Smith Lieser and a daughter, Mildred Biddle.
