Smalls Legare, an employee at Sam's Club. She is the daughter of the 
late Evelina Smalls Mitchell and Marion Forrest, Sr.; step-daughter of 
Mrs. Dorothy Legare; adopted daughter of Mrs. Devora Zellars; wife of 
Mr. Richard Legare; mother of Miranda Legare Lemon (Joseph); 
grandmother of Auriel Smalls (reared in the home); mother of Frederick 
Smalls (Cynthia), Kenneth Legare (Debra), Michael Legare (Jacqueline),
and Mark Legare (Andrea); sister of Carrie Carter (David), Edna Carter 
(Edward), Betty Deas (Louis), David Mitchell (Hollena), Elizabeth 
Davis (David), Viola Simmons, Sarah Mitchell, Rose Mitchell, Virginia 
Mitchell, Gloria Forrest, Mary Ann Forrest, and Randy Forrest. Friends 
may visit at 5050 Govan St. (Hollywood Manor), Hollywood, S.C. Funeral 
arrangements will be announced by DOROTHY'S HOLLYWOOD CHAPEL.

assemble 6:30 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2001 at Wesley United Methodist 
Church, 5100 Baptist Hill Rd., Hollywood, SC to pay our final respects

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Isabell Smalls Legare, are invited 
to attend her funeral service 12:00 noon Saturday, October 6, 2001 at 
the Old Ashley Baptist Center, Old Pond Rd., Johns Island. Interment 
will follow at Wesley UM Church Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday 
2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Hollywood Chapel. The remains will lie in 
state at Wesley UM Church Friday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the Christian 
Wake beginning at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Legare is the daughter of the late 
Evelina Smalls Mitchell and Marion Forrest, Sr. She is survived by her 
step-mother, Mrs. Dorothy Forrest; husband, Mr. Richard Legare; sons 
and daughter, Frederick Smalls (Cynthia), Kenneth Legare (Debra), 
Miranda Legare Lemon (Joseph); Michael Legare (Jacqueline), and Mark 
Legare (Andrea); granddaughter, Auriel Smalls (reared in the home); 
adopted daughter, Mrs. Devora Zellers; grandchildren, sisters and 
brothers, Carrie Carter (David), Edna Carter (Edward), Betty Deas 
(Louis), David Mitchell (Hollena), Elizabeth Davis (David), Viola 
Simmons, Sarah Mitchell, Rose Mitchell, Virginia Mitchell, Gloria 
Forrest, Mary Ann Forrest, and Randy Forrest; nieces and nephews,
