Knight are invited to attend her funeral services Thursday afternoon, October 4, 2001 in Pierpont Baptist Church at 3:00 o'clock. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 o'clock, and at the church Thursday from 2:00 o'clock until time of service. Mrs. Knight was born in Walterboro, SC, a daughter of William Benjamin Crosby and Janie Pooser Givens Crosby Hiott. She was a charter member of Pinecrest Baptist Church and Pierpont Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Edwin Robert Knight, Jr. of Charleston, SC, Grayson Carter Knight, Sr. of Johns Island, SC and Larisey Crosby Knight of Johns Island, SC; one daughter, June Knight Lane of Johns Island, SC, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Everett Benjamin Knight and a daughter, Charlotte Jane Knight.
