The Liturgical Celebration of Final Commendation and Farewell will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel of the BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME with Father Paul F.X. Seitz officiating. Burial will be private. Pat was a strong supporter of the Republican Party and a vigorous advocate for conservative issues. She was a devoted wife and mother and avid gardener. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Patty was the daughter of the late Velma Symonds, who died in October, 1989 and Lloyd Symonds, who died April 1965. She was the sister of the late Betty Doherty, who passed away in December, 1993. She is survived by her husband, Richard Kenz, a sister, Karen Loiselle of Waterford, New York, daughters, Yvette Watson of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Yvonne Hazard of Weedsport, New York, a son, Raymond P. Stark, Jr. of Bloomingdale, New York, ten grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2:30 p.m. Wednesday until the service hour at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home. Donations may be made in her memory to the Republican National Committee.
