Charleston, SC 29406-6300. Mr. Harvey was born on June 16, 1981 in Charleston, SC, a son of Terrell L. Harvey and Beverly Nettles Kellett. He was a low voltage technician for Meridian Automation and Communication. He was Baptist. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Terrell and Ellen Harvey of Summerville; his mother and stepfather, Beverly and Richard Kellett of Redding, CA; four brothers, Lenny Harvey and his wife, Sandy of Mooreville, MS, Garrett Harvey, Sim Harvey and Ryan Kellett, all of Summerville; one sister Shauna Tangemann of Summerville; paternal grandmother, Myra Harvey of Hampton; maternal grandmother, Connie Dew of Barnwell; and step-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Stan Kellett of Charleston.
