A memorial service will be held at the family residence, 129 Old Summerville Road, at 3:00 o'clock, Saturday, October 6, 2001. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Florence Crittenton Home, 19 St. Margaret Street, Charleston, SC 29403. Mr. Hadwin was born February 11, 1960 in Charleston, SC, a son of the late Grover W. Hadwin, Jr. and the late Gloria Goodwin Drain Hadwin. He was a graduate of Berkeley High School. He was a self-employed property manager. Survivors include one brother, Michael Snipes of Columbia; three sisters, June Smith and Lisa Leslie both of Summerville and Tami Linker of James Island; maternal grandmother, Elvera Wiley of Summerville; his other mother, Mary Hadwin of John's Island; twelve nieces and nephews and twelve great-nieces and nephews.
