The relatives and friends of Mr. Abraham (Ham) Grant, those of his 
wife Mrs. Anita Grant, his children, Terralyn Sheppard, Tiffany 
Washington, Katrena, Kimberly, Kendra and Tonya Grant, his mother, 
Ms. Ida Lee Grant, step-children, Antonio, Lamar, Jonathan, Rayshawn, 
and Omar Deas, his sisters, Eva Grant, Laura A. Beaufort, Christine 
Coakley and Sharon Houston, brothers, Lee Hammond, Conrad, Joseph, 
Clift, Jr., Randy, and Darrell Grant, grandchildren, Quinterra 
Sheppard and Jelani Rivers, mother-in-law, Mrs. Nelly Deas, nieces, 
nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends 
are invited to attend his funeral services, Monday, October 15, 2001, 
1 p.m., at Calvary A.M.E. Church, 2040 Groveland Ave., Charleston 
Heights. Rev. Edward A. McClain, Jr., Pastor. Mrs. Abraham (Ham) Grant 
will repose this evening in the funeral home chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. 
Visitation with the family, 7 to 8 p.m. Abraham will also repose in 
the church, Monday morning, from 12 noon until the hour of service. 
Interment, Johnson Cemetery, North Charleston, S.C. Arrangements 
entrusted to NORTH AREA FUNERAL HOME. Telephone (843) 744-7511.
