Mary Katherine Robinson Francis of Summerville, SC died October 17, 
2001 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at St. Luke's 
Lutheran Church Chapel Sunday, October 21, 2001 at 4 o'clock. Burial 
will be in Summerville Cemetery. Friends may call at PARKS FUNERAL 
HOME, Summerville, SC from 6-8 PM Saturday, October 20, 2001. Mrs. 
Francis was born May 27, 1923 in Iowa, a daughter of the late Arthur 
Daniel Robinson and Glenman Bennett Robinson. She was retired from 
Belk's Department Store. Survivors include one son, Lt. Colonel David 
Coy Francis of Fairfax, Virginia, two daughters, Dale Cole Infinger of 
Summerville, SC and Susan Kay Sparks of Westchester, Ohio, two brothers,
Arthur Glenn Robinson of Indiana, Daniel Bruce Robinson of Ohio, 
twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Flowers will be 
accepted or memorials may be made to The Ark c/o Peggy Lahmeyer, St. 
Luke's Lutheran Church, 206 Central Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483.
